January 26-28, 2015, Almaty. CAAPLHIV will conduct TOTs to train “Master Trainers” on human rights violations, teaching them how to work with the community on the rights of people living with HIV.
The event will be attended by 4 people from each country, that in turn further, on the basis of acquired skills will conduct cascade training in their country organizations.
